3:30 P.M. PLANNING BOARD MEETING (MRO Auditorium, 8787 Georgia Avenue, Silver Spring)
The Planning Board will convene at this time via telephone conference call in order to vote on the following item.
Planning Board Action on the Clarksburg Town Center Compliance Program
The purpose of this meeting is to approve final wording of a
Resolution memorializing the action taken by the Planning Board at its duly
advertised and constituted hearing of June 15, 2006, concerning the plan of
compliance for Clarksburg Town Center. It is not a hearing on the merits of the case, and no public testimony
will be taken. The proposed Resolution of the Planning Board will be published
on the website as soon as practicable but no later than the morning of
Wednesday, August 2, 2006 - Staff
Recommendation: Approval.
Planning Board Action: Approved with conditions on August 3, 2006
Note: This Conference Call is a meeting of the Planning Board convened in accordance with the Maryland Open Meetings Act. The date and time for public attendance was publicly announced during the Planning Board’s meeting on July 27, 2006, when the Board considered the item and elected to defer final action until the appointed time.
